- I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Learning Management System (LMS) with a mobile app using Ruby on Rails.
- The LMS should have Course Management as a key feature, allowing me to easily create, organize, and update courses.
- User Management is another important feature, allowing me to manage user accounts, track progress, and provide personalized learning experiences.
- Assessment and Grading functionality is also needed, allowing me to create quizzes and assignments, and grade them easily.
- There is no existing content to migrate, so the developer will start from scratch.
- The LMS should be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for scalability and reliability.
